dues and membership gifts are not tax-deductible but are vital to protecting
civil liberties. They support the work of the ACLU-NCA Affiliate, and support
our legislative lobbying efforts and special projects. Each contribution,
whether deductible or not, will be gratefully received and carefully used.
Because contributions are used to defend civil liberties, we cannot offer
